| Get a piece of material
and a length of thread. Thread a needle onto the thread and tie a knot in it. Bring the needle up through the material. |

| Now bring it back
down at the length of stitch you require. |

| Next, take it back up,
as far from the last stitch as the length of the last stitch. |

| Now bring the needle
back down at the same place the last stitch ended. |

| Then bring it back
up an equal distance away... |

| And down again where the
last stitch ended. |

| Just carry on like that.
Its easy! |
